Thredbo?s Top2Bottom is Australia?s fastest, longest and most iconic downhill snow race. Now in?25th year, the T2B spans the length of the Supertrail (Australia?s longest run) with racers in both skiing and snowboarding battling it out for Australia?s most prestigious snow title. The event draws past and current Olympians along with?everyday hero?s, and creates an experience and explosive spectacle like no other snow event. The race starts at the crack of dawn, allowing racers to use the full width and length of the Supertrail. It is a Le Mans start, meaning?racers begin with their skis and boards in hand and run to launch line; they strap and click in for the fast paced blast to the bottom. Along the way they have to negotiate gates, straights and other racers. There are six categories contested including pro, women?s, amateur and veterans, ?and all riders must be 18 years or above.
