The Thredbo Jazz, Funk, and Groove Festival Will Play Some New Music This Year!

If you're a jazz fusion or funk fan, it's time to get excited for the Thredbo Jazz Festival!

As Thredbo's longest running music festival The Thredbo Jazz Festival has entertained? music fans for close to a quarter of a century.?? However over the past few years there has been a growing demand from both a younger audience and younger players? to broaden the musical reach of this Thredbo institution. Festival organisers have responded? and on the weekend of April the 15th? the Thredbo Jazz, Funk and Groove Festival will? entertain both longtime Jazz fans? and new with a broad range of music from the Traditional and Main Stream styles that have made Thredbo's name to the Jazz Fusion and Funk Styles whose high energy and soulful feel? keeps the dance floor busy way into the early hours. As usual Thredbo will play a starring role in this festival. With fresh autumn air and the sounds of great music echoing off the hills? the atmosphere? will build throughout the weekend to a frenzy of? jam sessions and good times in the early hours of Monday Morning.
