Get your body into shape before summer with the Thredbo Leisure Centre Boot Camp Sessions. Workouts will be in the gym, in the pool and the great alpine outdoors around Thredbo. We will work on strength, conditioning, cardio, boxing, climbing, swimming, bike riding, rowing and running. All your individual results will be recorded and presented at the end of the camp. It will include a set program working on both strength and fitness with testing at the beginning and end to see how far you've progressed.
This is a great way to kick start your summer of fitness and get ready for some of the great events we have in the region over the warmer months
