The snow keeps falling in Thredbo.? For the second weekend in a row a cold front hits the mountains,? the latest one bringing? 30cm of fresh snow to the mountain and 15cm in the village.? According to Ian Foster of the Lantern Thredbo Apartments "the best part about the latest storm has been the strong winds blowing the fresh snow off the Main Range behind Thredbo and dropping it in the resort. "? Ian says? "even though we have had 30cm of snow on the mountain, there could be drifts? metres deep? forming on runs like the Basin T Bar, Sponars and Antons T Bars.? All we need now is a week of clear, cold weather to get some? snow making going and there is a very good chance of having top to bottom skiing for the opening weekend on June the 8th."
