Brad and Monica Spalding have lived in the NSW Snowy Mountains next to the?Kosciuszko National Park?for years and started up the Wildbrumby Schnapps Distillery about a decade ago. Brad says the distillery has surpassed expectations as just a ?drop in? enroute to a holiday from Sydney to Thredbo.

Schnapps is similar to wine in its production style, however instead of grapes, inspiration comes directly from stone fruit, apples, pears, berries and raspberries sourced from the Snowy Mountain region.

- Kassler:?pan-fried smoked pork with a rustic mash, sauerkraut and veg.
