Country In The Snowys is a new?event is set to hit Thredbo in March 2013 and with the involvement of Rob ?Potts, former musical director ?of the CMC Rocks the Snowies ?this event will be a ripper. ? Based in the Village for the weekend of March 22nd the Country in the Snowies Festival will have Country Music stars from Australia and overseas performing in intimate gigs and concerts in restaurants, bars and outdoor venues throughout the village. ? All of the venues are within walking distance so there is no need to worry about driving, just park the ute, and relax for the weekend.

The Sunny Cowgirls, ?Bringing their laconic sense of humour and their own special brand of Country Sophie and Celeste are set to light Thredbo up in March.
Jasmine Rae has been described by the King of Australian Country Lee Kernaghan as ?the hottest new artist to come out of Australia in a long time?. A classically trained singer with a soulful, powerful voice, the singer-songwriter is ready to rock the mountains.
2-time ARIA nominee Buddy Goode is ?a global country music legend. ?The voice of multiple generations and an inspiration to artists as varied as Billy Ray Cyrus and Miley Cyrus, Buddy has made his home in Oz for the past few years and is renowned for his classic hits, including Dickens Cider and the touching Unforgiving Wind. Buddy is looking forward to bringing his iconic presence to Thredbo Village.
