The Snow Season 2018 in Thredbo is over and it has been a beauty. With 2.25m snow depth recorded at Spencer's Creek and some epic snow making sessions it has been a great winter for snow.??It is interesting to compare the snow falls between this season and last year. Last year had an early fall to start the season but then we had to wait until mid July for some great skiing. This season had excellent conditions from mid June right through......And spring has been a star performer for 4 of the past 5 years.
Thredbo had some record visitor numbers this season as well, particularly on the weekends.? However if you Book?for a mid week stay outside of the July School Holidays,? there is plenty of room on the mountain and very few queues unless, of course,? ?you are lining up with the locals for first lift on a powder day!
Of course there is no telling what kind of winter we will have for 2019 but if you are keen to book again for next year, you can? beat the rush and save.
