An auspicious event took place in Thredbo this May and nobody knew. The first sod was turned in Thredbo for the construction of? a 17km shared pathway that will link Thredbo Village and the Ski Tube Railway at Bullock?s Flat. Work has been progressing on the track at the Bullock?s? end but until now, there has been no evidence of the Project in Thredbo.? On completion the track will provide bike riders and walkers with a scenic corridor along the Thredbo River offering both short and full day journeys, picnic sites and lookouts through this? unique wild river landscape.
