Incredible views, great get away

Coby Haskins - 8th February 2022

Myself and my partner came to Thredbo for a weekend away and to do the Mt Kosciuszko walk. We were arriving late which can sometimes be painful when staying places. The staff at Lanterns not only endured there was a carpark we could use over night but communication, directions and information on arrival was hard to fault. Accommodation was clean, quiet, incredible views and close to everything. We will defiantly be back! Thank you to the whole Lantern team!

Breathtaking Views!

Bianca Ippoliti - 7th July 2021

The perfect apartment to make you feel like you are in a home away from home! We have a young child, and this apartment had all the facilities needed, to make our lives easy! The views from the balcony are breath-taking, and the buses run from the village every 10mins, but the walk down is also nice.

A trip down memory lane and the start of a new life.

Tony Power - 12th March 2021

I first stayed at the Lantern in 1990, when Ian and Jill took over the management. My partner, now fiancé had never been to Thredbo, so I thought the Lantern would be the perfect place. We were not disappointed.

As advertised - good value for a family of 3.

Great location. Wonderful experience.

We have stayed at Lantern Apartments many times and have enjoyed each one immensely. The view of the mountain is exhilarating . It was a superb place to see in the new year.
