The Thredbo 365 Pass is back again and when you look at what else you can buy for $799 it is an amazing deal. An annual Sydney Gym Membership costs closer to $1000 and just to join a golf club costs twice that. Of course, unless you live in the Snowy Mountains you are not going to get to use the pass all the time but when you look at the cost of doing almost any adventure sport, you only need to plan on skiing in Thredbo for 7 days in the snow season and you get everything else included in this amazing pass for free.
Compare these activity options with the 365 pass…
- * A Sydney Gym Membership $1052
- * 2 x 1/2 hour flights in a stunt plane $800
- * 2 Tandem Skydives $700
- * 3 Days of Scuba Diving $750
- * 4 Days of White Water Rafting $850
- * 5 Bunjy Jumps $750
Or all of this for $799….With a full winter 2016 season lift pass you can ski or snow board whenever you like. You can also access the Thredbo Leisure centre year round to use the 50m pool, gym, climbing wall and squash court The pass is also available for the whole summer season with chairlift access for hiking or downhill mountain biking, golf, Thredbo’s Bobsled and Tennis.
So you can ski or snowboard in winter with the flexibility to wait for the good snowfalls and pick off a few weekends and midweek stays without having to buy any lift passes or queue at the ticket office when you get here, just start skiing.
In summer Thredbo is yours. If you are on a fitness training program, take a week out in the summer season for a high altitude training week, or just do a few weekends to some of the summer season festivals like the Blues, Country Music or Jazz Festivals or get into some downhill mountain bike riding on the ever expanding trail network with another easy standard flow trail set to open for December 2016.
If tranquility is your thing the summer season in Thredbo is a great time to get out in the mountains and get some solitude in an amazing ladnscape. Just ride up the Koscisuzko Express Chairlift and pick one of the hiking tracks and walk out into the Alpine Wilderness of the Ramshead Range. In the afternoon you can have a quiet round on Australia’s Highest Golf course with 9 holes on the banks of the Thredbo River.
The Thredbo 365 Pass also includes membership in the “Mountain Collective” which is a group of some of the worlds best Ski Resorts. This means that if you are planning an overseas snow holiday you can get 50% off lift passes at any of these resorts : Aspen Snowmass, Whistler Blackcomb, Jackson Hole, Mammoth Mountain Sun Valley, AltaSnowbird, Banff-Lake Louise Sunshine Village, Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows, Thredbo and the newly added
