Full Moon Walk
04 APRIL, 2015
From Australia’s highest peak we catch the sun dipping below the horizon, making way for the full moon to rise above the stunning Main Range. As we watch the alpine landscape slip from day to night, we return to Thredbo under the stars and the bright glowing orb of the full moon. This opportunity to catch a Kosciuszko sunset and moon rise with the aid of a local guide is not to be missed. A warm cuppa on Australia’s highest peak amongst the fresh mountain air is an experience you won’t readily forget!
This walk includes a guide for the walk, one way scenic chairlift access, hot drink, head torch, return transport to Thredbo from the top of chairlift and a ‘I climbed Mt Kosciuszko’ certificate.
