Pay 2 Play 3 Alpine Action Pack
Posted on Friday, 12th of October 2012
The Snow Season is over but there is still plenty of snow on the main range so it is a beautiful time of year to hike in the high country with streams running and snow drifts slowly melting to reveal the carpet of alpine heather underneath. The weather is warming up but there aren’t too many people around so you can head out into this alpine wilderness on the Kosciuszko Track and not see a soul. The village is not busy so you can take advantage of the resort facilities like the 50 metre indoor pool, gym and golf course without crowds. In fact if you like swimming laps, you will often have a lane to yourself, if not the whole pool. And while the golf course in Thredbo is only nine holes, it is a quality course and well worth lapping twice if you really want to play 18 holes.
The best way to get into all of this alpine action is to book our Pay 2 Play 3 Alpine Action pack. This package includes:
- 3 nights accommodation for the price of 2.
- A heavily discounted 3 day resort activity pass with unlimted chairlift rides to the start of the high country walking tracks, unlimited pool and leisure centre access, bob sled rides, golf and tennis each day, a 3 hour mountain bike hire and a guided walk to Mt Koscisuzko.
- For advance bookings we can also send you a voucher that will entitle you to a free 3rd day when you buy a 2 day Koscisuzko National park entry permit.
This package is excellent value for money even if you are not planning on playing golf or tennis, the savings on the individual costs of the other activities are huge.
You can book the Pay 2 Play 3 Alpine Action pack for only $268 per person (twin share). Not available December 24th to January 1st, January 18-20th or Easter weekend.
