At last! The snow starts falling in Thredbo.

It has been a long wait for the first solid snow falls this season,but at last the cold weather (and there’s been plenty of that) and the ,moisture have combined to dump 30cm of  snow in Thredbo over the past 24 hours.   The cold weather is set to stay for the rest of the week so the snowmakers will be back on the case consolidating the cover and adding to the already deep base on the snow made trails.   There is another snowfall forecast for early next week so it looks as though we will have some great conditions over the coming weeks.
